HELICAL BEVEL GEARBOXES
It is a reducer type consisting of a single stage bevel gear pair (crown-bevel) and other gear stages consisting of helical gears. They are used in applications where an angle of 90 ° between input and output shaft is desired. They are preferred instead of worm gear reducers because their efficiency values are high in applications where high torque is required or energy consumption is important.
It can be supplied as standard with output solid shaft, hollow shaft, hollow shaft flange and shaft output flange. In addition, in applications where the output wedge is not sufficient (where there is frequent stop-start or pulsed operation), the output shaft can be produced with a squeezing ring. With the application of tightening rings, ease of assembly and disassembly is also achieved.
