PERMAG series brake and clutch groups are systems that are formed by mounting Natural Magnet Brake (DMF) and Current Compressed Clutch (ABK) products in the same body. These compact bodies are designed for engine body sizes. It offers asynchronous motor and possibility.
Electrical energy is given to the system on both the brake and clutch sides, enabling the brake to be released and the clutch to be activated at the same time. In this way, the movement of the system is ensured in a controlled manner. When the motion transmission in the system scenario is completed, the electric energy is cut off and the clutch is deactivated and the movement of the system is stopped by braking by means of natural magnets. In principle, since the motor continues to operate continuously without stopping, the motor energy consumption is reduced and it does not have to overcome the starting inertia again. In case of sudden voltage changes or power outages, the braking of dangerous class machines (Guillotine shears, Abkant, Caka, etc.) is done by natural magnets and danger is prevented.
