These are helical gear reducers designed for use in crane industry-specific lifting applications. With the monoblock body principle, more rigid and more sensitive bodies have been obtained. By keeping the distances between axes high, it is possible to use larger drum diameters. Thus, longer lasting rope lifetimes could be obtained. High radial loads from the drum can be carried by the output bearings of the gearbox without any problem. The gearbox is mounted to the crane using the lugs on the body. Thus, a rigid connection can be provided for short bolts without using long studs. It is possible to connect the electric panel of the crane directly on the body of the reducer. By optimizing axial distances during design, stock diversity is reduced and cheaper and reliable solutions can be provided in shorter delivery times. Thanks to the diversity of conversion ratio, a wide lifting speed range can be given with a single body of desired tonnage. There are different output shaft sizes according to DIN5480 multi-keyway norm. Depending on the customer's request, drum connection flanges suitable for the reducer output shaft are provided together with the reducers. Thus, the output shaft and drum connection can be connected without making an additional flange. This connection can be made by the customer bolted or welded. In the standard product range, single or double speed motor solutions are available as electromagnetic brake coupled.
