ADK Series couplings provide uninterrupted transfer thanks to the teeth on the armature flange and rotor, the working principle of which is the same as the Current Pressure Couplings (ABK). They are systems that transfer motion on shafts and connected loads with the power of the magnetic field created when electrical energy is given.
The gear clutch is provided with the help of the pulling force provided by the magnetic field created by the application of electrical energy and the movement is transferred to the opposite side. As a result of the removal of the magnetic field by cutting the electrical energy, the system becomes idle again with the help of the spring mounted on the luminaire. The clutch and release speeds in this system can be reduced to milliseconds thanks to special electronic circuits. Since they are frictional systems, the working gap may increase due to the wear that occurs over time. Working clearance should be checked in appropriate periods.
